Boise Zoo

While the boys were working on the table Merrily and I took the kids to the zoo. It was a really impressive zoo. Each animal had a great huge space for their cage. If I was an animal I would check in there.

The kids favorite exhibit was the penguins. You could see them under water swimming eating their fish.

Giraffe slide was a big hit.

The monkey cages were on the other side of the walkway at the top of this slide.

Chipmunk Feeding

Tom & Merrily live on a golf course in Boise. It is just beautiful. Dave's dad built this huge deck on the back of the house. And there are chipmunks everywhere. The kids got to set out peanuts for them. They loved walking for them out the window.

Love this stance

The day was warm and we had a bbq then ran around on the golf course.

Watching a movie with the kids.

My Table in the Making

Dave and his dad are building me a kitchen table. Tom found me this 3 inch thick solid piece of birch wood . It was 14 feet long cut from 1 tree.

The solid table top. Still needs legs, sanding, staining. I am excited to see how it turns out.

The Easter Festivities

The kids after the Easter Bunny visited our house

I have been waiting to try this up do I saw online for awhile. It really was so easy. I found it on shedoeshair.blogspotcom. A fun obsession for any of you with girls.

Our neighborhood does an Easter egg hunt on Saturday. We were excited that the rain held off so we could go. We also had spring break this week. Dave had my camera at work so I don't have any pictures. It made me excited for summer and having the kids home. I stayed in my pjs until 12 every day just cause I could. We went to the park, Dinosaur Park, Logan to see my parents and Baby Animal Days while we were there.
