Happy Birthday Ronan
I can't believe my baby is three. He is the most athletic, funny, wild, long haired boy. We are always laughing at his silly antics or cursing him for his craziness. Underneath all that I just adore him and cant wait to see how he turns out as a grown up. I am sure some sports are in his future. Dave and I are counting down the days until we can watch him play in a soccer game.
All he wanted to do for his birthday was go to Chucky Cheese.
The girls bought him a remote control car. Davy and I got him a bike. Which only took him a few days to figure out and now he is all over the place. Nana & Papa got him his own Zhu Zhu pet with a hamster wheel.

Preacher Boy
Outside yesterday getting ready to go run errands. Ronan looks up at the sky arms reaching upward. He yells at the top of his lungs, "JESUS CHRIST ARE YOU UP THERE?" He said it 3 times so yes I am sure that is what he said.
Eva Turns 5
My beautiful sweet Eva is 5. I can hardly believe it. She is such a darling girl. We are so blessed to have her in our family. This year we are celebrating with family parties. We had cake and presents on Sunday. Then on her birthday we went to Boondocks, her favorite place.

Kids They Say the Darndest Things
So moving on. Driving home from school the other day I overhead the funniest conversation. We car pool and had neighbor A. who is very sensitive. Leah asks, "who here like Barbies." Neighbor A responds, "I do." Leah says, " I don't I am a bobby boy (her way of saying a tom boy). I am a lot like my mom she was a bobby boy not a girly girl when she was little." Neighbor adds in, " I am a lot like my dad." Eva chirps in, "You mean your dad is a girly girl." We all are in stitches laughing while poor neighbor A is in tears in the back seat. I try to compose myself to not hurt her feelings. But then Ronan continues with his Simpson laugh ahhhhaaa haaa. And I just give in to the giggles.
